Express / Lube Technician Job Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and multi‑point inspections
- Check and top off fluids (oil, coolant, brake fluid, etc.)
- Inspect tires, brakes, batteries, filters, and wiper blades
- Communicate vehicle needs clearly to advisors and technicians
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Follow manufacturer and dealership service procedures

Express / Lube Technician Qualifications
- Basic automotive knowledge or hands‑on experience preferred
- Automotive school or lube tech experience is a plus—but not required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
