As a Main Shop Advisor, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers having their vehicles serviced or repaired. Experienced Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers
- Sell technician time to meet and exceed department sales goals
- Clearly communicate required services and present options to customers
- Keep customers informed on service timelines, costs, and any changes
- Ensure a positive dealership experience throughout the service process
Experienced Service Advisor Compensation and Benefits
Pay range: $5,000 to $12,000

Qualifications
Experienced Service Advisor Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or similar environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology is a plus
- Familiarity with DriveCentric is preferred
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
