Role Overview

As a Detailer / Cilajet Installer, you will be responsible for preparing new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery, performing professional detailing services, and applying Cilajet protection products according to company standards. Detailer / Cilajet Installer Job Responsibilities

• Wash, vacuum, and detail interior and exterior vehicle surfaces

• Apply Cilajet paint protection products according to manufacturer specifications

• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery

• Inspect vehicles to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail department

• Transport vehicles safely around dealership property as needed

• Assist with inventory vehicle preparation

• Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies

• Perform additional detailing and appearance-related tasks as assigned

Detailer / Cilajet Installer Benefits and Compensation

Flat rate pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience and productivity

Detailer / Cilajet Installer Qualifications

• Previous detailing experience preferred but not required

• Experience applying vehicle protection products is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move vehicles throughout the day

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
