Corporate EHS & Compliance Manager Job Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEQ, BAR and other Federal and State regulations
- Manage hazardous waste programs and environmental reporting requirements
- Ensure dealership safety meeting, inspection, and site audit compliance
- Administer and maintain KPA/ComplyAuto systems and reporting
- Oversee dealership Sales and F&I compliance programs
- Ensure all operational dealership documents are correct and legally compliant (i.e. sales forms, buyer’s orders, licensing paperwork, etc.)
- Develop and deliver safety, compliance, and regulatory training programs
- Lead corrective action programs and follow-up processes
- Partner with dealership leadership to promote a consistent safety culture

Corporate EHS & Compliance Manager Qualifications
- Experience in Environmental, Health & Safety and regulatory compliance
- Multi-Store Automotive dealership experience is required
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DEQ, BAR, and hazardous waste regulations
- Experience with KPA and/or ComplyAuto
- Knowledge of dealership sales and F&I compliance
- Strong communication, training, and organizational skills
- Experience programming forms in the DMS and CRM
- Experience with CDK and Reynolds & Reynolds DMS preferred
