AP Specialist Job Responsibilities:

• Verifying authorization for all purchases.
• Posting of all payable invoices as well as factory invoices.
• Posting ACH debits through EIV and recording payments through Nvoice Pay.
• Work with Vendors and dealership management teams to reconcile invoices.
• Complete on-demand check requests, and update and maintain vendor W9 binders.
• Other related functions that may arise.

Schedule: This is a full-time position. We offer flexible day shift schedules, including hybrid, 4/10s, and 5x8s. Open Monday through Friday, no weekends!

AP Specialist Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills, strong organization skills, attention to detail, and accounting skills.  
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role.
• Must be dependable, accurate, and able to take direction, stay on task, and have a positive attitude and demeanor.
• CDK software and Excel knowledge are required.

Corporate Requirements: Must be 18 years or older, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
