Key Responsibilities

- Perform all duties that are involved in the receiving/shipping of material into GEDIA
- Proven experience as forklift operator
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
- Excellent physical condition and coordination
- Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Transport raw materials to production workstations
- Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
- Accurately arrange shipments to all customers
- Accurately label customer shipments, steel, work in process, and component parts.
- Accurately scan inventory into SAP.
- Inventory must be accurate in all areas of materials and logistics.
- 100% accuracy when auditing customer freight.
- Verify all material incoming and outgoing to the shippers/ receivers, preventing all mistakes in the system for all customers and suppliers.
- All tasks arising in logistic/materials area are carried out objectively correct on schedule, swiftly and economically.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in a typical manufacturing environment.
- Requires frequent visual focus and sustained attention.
- Ability to move throughout the plant, including upper‑level areas.
- Must be able to distinguish colors for repair tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
