Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems will be vital in minimizing downtime and supporting continuous production. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using schematics, technical manuals, and utilizing diagnostic tools.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and system layouts to diagnose faults accurately.
- Support manufacturing processes by performing repairs
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime through quick response and effective problem-solving skills.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards related to all maintenance practices.
- Assist in training team members on maintenance procedures and safety protocols as needed.
Experience
- Proven industrial mechanic experience within a manufacturing facility environment.
- Strong electrical experience with knowledge of industrial electrician practices including high voltage systems.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and troubleshooting automated systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems
- Background in industrial maintenance roles that require analysis skills for diagnosing complex issues quickly.
- Journeyman's Card is strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.96 - $30.35 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
