Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general gardening tasks to maintain plant health and overall garden appearance
- Plant, water, fertilize, and prune flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Care for greenhouse plants to ensure healthy growth
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners safely and efficiently
- Weed, remove debris, and clear dead plant material to keep gardens clean and thriving
- Assist with landscape enhancement projects including mulching, edging, and planting
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior gardening or landscaping experience is helpful, but not required—we welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
