Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef and Restaurant Manager in Paxton, Nebraska! The ideal Restaurant Manager is an energetic, hands-on leader who drives exceptional guest service, motivates and develops their team, manages scheduling and daily financial reporting with precision, and ensures a clean, compliant, and professional restaurant environment.

What We’re Looking For: The Restaurant Manager will oversee front of the house operations along with working hand-in-hand with our kitchen. Additionally, we are looking for our restaurant manager to work with ownership to develop a formal training program for the restaurant. The Sous Chef will work closely with our Executive Chef to deliver exceptional meals, keeping our guests coming back for more. You’ll bring creativity, leadership, and commitment to quality to our kitchen.
