As the brand continues to expand across key Western markets, we are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee performance and execution across multiple regions.This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across assigned markets while developing strong field leadership and ensuring consistent guest experiences.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations for multiple restaurant locations across Las Vegas, Inland Empire, and Orange CountyProvide direct leadership, coaching, and accountability for Area Managers and General ManagersEnsure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, service, and operational systemsDrive performance across KPIs including sales, labor, food cost, controllables, and guest satisfactionSupport new restaurant openings, training, and operational rollout in assigned marketsPartner with HR on staffing, development, performance management, and retention initiativesEnsure compliance with all health, safety, labor, and regulatory requirementsCommunicate effectively between corporate leadership and field teams to ensure alignmentQualifications8 years of restaurant operations experience with at least 3 to 5 years in a multi unit leadership roleExperience in fast casual, QSR, or high volume restaurant conceptsStrong operational and financial skills with experience managing multi unit P and L responsibilitiesProven ability to lead, develop, and retain high performing management teamsComfortable operating across multiple markets with regular travelHigh energy leader with strong communication skills and a hands on leadership styleCompensationBase salary range $115,000 to $150,000Performance based bonus opportunityHealth, dental, and vision benefitsCar allowance or mileage reimbursementPaid time offThis is an excellent opportunity for a strong multi unit leader to step into a high impact regional role with a growing restaurant group.
