A respected, full-service restaurant and bar in Riverside CA is conducting a confidential search for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead daily operations. Known for its scratch kitchen and commitment to fresh, high-quality dishes, this concept seeks a leader who can foster a positive team culture while ensuring operational excellence and a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations and guest service
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor targets within budget
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
- Build, train, and lead a team of both FOH and BOH employees
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet sales and profitability goals
- Maintain compliance with health codes and labor regulations
- Address guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Drive a culture of respect, collaboration, and accountability across the restaurant

- Proven experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant setting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience managing both front and back of house operations
- Strong understanding of cost controls, scheduling, and team development
- Guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality and quality
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
