General Manager Quick Casual

Our Company is a casual, family-friendly restaurant concept built on Great Food and Great Service. It's a high-volume, from-scratch operation with a genuine sense of hospitality, community, and pride in every shift.

The Role

The General Manager is the person ultimately accountable for the full performance of the location: the P&L, the culture, the team, and the guest experience. The GM leads by example, builds a team of great people, and grows a positive reputation for the restaurant within the local community. It's a high-ownership role for someone who wants to run their own business inside a proven system, not just clock in and manage a shift.

What You'll Do

• Own full P&L responsibility for the restaurant, including sales, labor, food cost, and profitability
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a leadership bench, including Kitchen Managers and Front of House Managers
• Build and protect a strong, positive culture that reduces turnover and drives team retention
• Set the standard for guest experience, food quality, and speed of service across every shift
• Ensure consistent execution of operational systems, health and safety standards, and brand standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control cost without sacrificing quality
• Lead daily and weekly shift meetings to align the team on goals, standards, and priorities
• Track and report on key performance metrics: sales, labor, food cost, guest satisfaction, and staffing levels
• Build genuine relationships within the local community to drive brand awareness and loyalty
• Coach and develop the next generation of leaders, including grooming future GMs from within the team
• Write clear, ongoing notes and communication to keep the full management team aligned

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant environment (QSR, fast-casual, or casual dining)
• Proven P&L ownership and strong financial acumen (labor, food cost, budgeting)
• A track record of building, developing, and retaining strong management teams
• Genuine, hands-on leadership style: someone who leads from the floor, not just the office
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure
• A entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with full accountability for a location's success
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
