This is not an arcade environment; it is a dedicated racing facility designed for drivers, competitors, corporate teams, and motorsports enthusiasts seeking authentic experiences.Our facility operates 16 professional triple-screen racing simulators (featuring both static and motion configurations), alongside comprehensive league programming, corporate events, and high-energy race nights—all within a hospitality-driven setting.We are currently seeking a high-level Racing Crew Manager - Sim Car to serve as a key leadership figure and oversee the daily execution of the facility.This Role Is SpecializedGenuine sim racing experience is a prerequisite for this position. Candidates must possess practical knowledge of platforms such as iRacing or Assetto Corsa and familiarity with high-end rig configurations. A genuine passion for motorsports culture is essential, as we are building a serious competitive environment.Required ExperienceHands-on Sim Racing Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with home rigs or commercial venue setups.Platform Expertise: Deep familiarity with professional racing platforms (iRacing preferred).Race Format Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of qualifying, heats, feature races, and championship structures.Hardware Technicality: Comfort managing triple-screen setups and direct-drive wheel systems.Preferred QualificationsReal-world racing experience (dirt, karting, stock car, road course, etc.).Proven track record in managing racing leagues or tournaments.Strong mechanical or technical aptitude.Key ResponsibilitiesSimulator OperationsOversee the functionality and performance of all 16 racing simulators.Ensure rigorous calibration and operational standards for every rig.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime.Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules.Configure precise race formats and track setups for various events.League & Event ExecutionDirect weekly race nights, ensuring smooth flow and adherence to schedules.Manage league standings, point systems, and championship formats.Host competitive events with authority and confidence.Develop and execute themed race programming (e.g., Dirt, F1, NASCAR).Hospitality & Team LeadershipLead front-of-house staff to deliver superior service standards.Train team members on technical simulator operations and troubleshooting.Ensure an exceptional, seamless guest experience from entry to exit.Maintain a high-energy, engaging race environment conducive to return visits.To be considered for the Crew Manager position, please send your resume to cindy@geckohospitality.com.#ZRTMAs part of our recruiting process, we may contact you regarding positions we feel are a good fit or engage with you via SMS text message.
