Job Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hospitality experience, with a preference for bar or restaurant management.
- College degree in hotel/restaurant management preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team.
- Experience with budgeting, inventory, and financial management.
- Deep understanding of food, beverage, and bar operations.
- Professional, punctual, and reliable with a guest-friendly attitude.
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and non-verbal.
- Proficiency with POS and business software.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
- Must be ServSafe certified.
Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain a seamless flow of business.

- Collaborate with food vendors to ensure a variety of options.
- Drive marketing strategies, promotions, and events alongside the Brand Manager & marketing team.
- Maintain community involvement to solidify our establishment as the go-to destination.
- Ensure compliance with local liquor laws, health codes, and business licensing.
- Maintain accountability for profit and loss statements and manage expenses efficiently.
- Ensure all administrative duties are accurately completed on time.
