Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, team development, operational excellence, and driving sales while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members to build a positive and high-performing culture.
• Lead by example by maintaining excellent customer service standards and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage labor scheduling and staffing levels to meet business demands while controlling labor costs.
• Monitor food quality, product presentation, and adherence to recipes and operational standards.
• Maintain inventory levels, place supply orders, and minimize waste through effective inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health department regulations, and company policies.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including sales, labor, food cost, and profitability metrics.
• Implement local marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts to drive sales and increase guest traffic.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for both employees and guests.
• Support new product launches, seasonal promotions, and operational initiatives.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales while managing labor and food costs.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• ServSafe Food Protection Certification or the ability to obtain certification.
