We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Lot Attendant/Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining the professional appearance of our vehicle inventory and ensuring every vehicle meets our dealership standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting our sales team through excellent lot presentation and vehicle preparation.
Responsibilities
- Wash, wax, vacuum, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards, ensuring every customerfacing vehicle is spotless and presentationready.
- Move and position vehicles according to sales display standards, keep vehicle lots organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid checks and battery assistance as needed.
- Maintain clean driveways, sidewalks, and customer areas, removing debris and ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
- Create and organize key tags for inventory vehicles.
- Monitor and communicate cleaning supply inventory needs to management.
- Report safety concerns or vehicle issues to management immediately.
- Operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Assist with other duties as needed to support dealership operations.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR) is required.
- Availability to work evenings, Saturdays, and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail with pride in producing quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and teamoriented with excellent work ethic.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform manual labor throughout the day.
- Previous experience in automotive, detailing, or customerfacing roles is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle operations and maintenance is a plus.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
