Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for service appointment scheduling, customer retention, and satisfaction metrics
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to clients for service reminders, recalls, maintenance campaigns, and followup
- Handle inbound service inquiries with professionalism, scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately
- Follow up on service internet leads promptly and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments
- Contact clients regarding overdue maintenance requirements and recommended services based on vehicle history
- Utilize CRM system and appointment scheduling software to maintain detailed client records and service history
- Communicate via email, phone, and live chat to provide exceptional multichannel customer support
- Confirm upcoming service appointments and reduce noshow rates through effective followup
- Build and maintain relationships with highend clientele, ensuring loyalty and repeat business
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and technicians to ensure seamless customer handoffs and service delivery
- Stay current on BMW service offerings, maintenance schedules, warranty coverage, and service specials
- Generate new service opportunities through proactive client outreach and relationship building
- Participate in ongoing BMW training, certification programs, and professional development opportunities
Required:
- Proven experience in call center or customer service environment with track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Valid driver's license with clean DMV record
- Strong phone communication, problemsolving, and customer service skills
- Excellent time management abilities and organizational skills
- Selfmotivated with resultsoriented mindset
- Techsavvy with ability to quickly learn dealership management systems and scheduling software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays as needed
- Professional demeanor befitting a luxury brand
- Experience in automotive service call center or BDC environment
- BMW or luxury/highline automotive brand experience
- Background in appointment setting or sales support roles
- Highly motivated team player with competitive edge
