What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-intent prospects
- Meet activity and lead-generation goals that directly impact company growth
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, social outreach, chats, and virtual meetings
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule sales appointments
- Use tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Maintain clean, organized CRM data and detailed prospect notes
- Support trade show outreach, coordination, and post-event follow-ups
- Re-engage and nurture leads to maximize conversions
- Partner closely with Sales & Marketing to refine messaging and strategy
- Conduct research and update prospect databases
What You Bring
- Some experience in B2B sales, lead qualification, or inside sales (healthcare is a plus!)
- Strong communication skills across phone, video, and digital channels
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing tech—HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, Teams, etc.
- Bonus points for experience with AI-driven sales tools
- Solid Excel and research skills
- A self-motivated, team-oriented mindset with great follow-through
- Degree in business, marketing, communications, or health sciences preferred—but not required
- Location: While this role is open to remote applicants, candidates located in or near the New Haven, Connecticut area are a plus to support hybrid collaboration and onsite team activities.
