Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with styling and product selections
- Operate the POS system for transactions, including cash and credit payments
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and restock inventory
- Support store operations with cashiering, returns, and organization
- Promote store promotions and upselling opportunities to boost sales
- Collaborate with team members to keep the boutique clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications:
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
- Retail or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Comfortable operating POS systems and handling cash
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as merchandising and standing for extended periods
- Bilingual skills are a plus
