Qualifications
- Strong skills in facility maintenance, including basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repair.
- Ability to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and building systems.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Capability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and maintenance documentation.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple work orders and projects.
