Requirements
Licensing: Must possess or obtain a valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Customer Service: Strong desire to meet and exceed client expectations with a customer-centric attitude.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Team-Oriented: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve common goals.
Local Connection: Familiarity with Mifflin, Juniata Counties and the surrounding area is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable products and solutions.
Policy Analysis: Evaluate existing policies and provide recommendations for new or additional insurance coverages.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide insightful advice to clients.
Sales Targets: Strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Networking: Attend industry events and seminars to promote the company's services and expand its client base.
