Contents Technician (Mover / Packer / Cleaner)

GearClean is a local, family-owned restoration company looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to help pack, move, clean, and return customers’ belongings after fire, water, or mold damage.
This is hands-on, physical work with steady hours and local jobs. If you take pride in doing things the right way and working as part of a team, you’ll fit in well here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Packing and carefully handling household contents
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Moving furniture and boxes to and from job sites
- Cleaning and deodorizing contents (hard and soft goods)
- Returning items to customers’ homes and placing them properly
- Keeping job sites, trucks, and storage areas clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and punctual—shows up ready to work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Attention to detail—cares about handling customers’ belongings properly
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical work daily
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Willing to pass background check and random drug testing
Schedule & Benefits
- Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
- Local work—typically within 60–75 minutes of Winchester
- Paid vacation and holidays
- Health insurance reimbursement after 30 days
Pay
- Pay based on experience
- No experience in restoration? That’s okay—if you’re willing to work and learn, we’ll train you

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
