Responsibilities
- Conduct tire installations, repairs, rotations, balancing, and replacements on commercial and passenger vehicles.
- Perform minor mechanical repairs including preventative maintenance, DOT inspections, and brake inspections.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify issues and execute repairs efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols during all service procedures.
Requirements
- Prior experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated mechanic experience with a solid understanding diagnostics and mechanical repair.
- Familiarity with standard operation, heavy lifting, and fluid replacement procedures.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of tire service techniques including mounting, balancing, and repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with service technician roles is a plus.
