For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $147,400.00 and $245,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with Wind Services Commercial Leader in developing and executing TX portfolio growth strategy across all regions.
- Drive operational process improvement to ensure high quality execution and delivery for our customers.
- Support accounting ops organization in financially managing TX portfolio. Focus on improving accuracy and timeliness of financial project reviews to enable operational billing entitlement and clean project completions/closeouts.
- Lead financial planning and estimating processes for TX with underlying focus on driving problem solving with commercial and ops teams.
- Manage a direct report fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, with a particular focus on upskilling, cross-training and automations.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance
- Prior experience leading a team
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Established project management skills
