The base pay range for this position is $98,400.00 - 164,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonvariable incentive compensation/equity.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- The Leader will drive Lean culture shift within the Repair Engineering team through daily GEMBA, continuous improvement and problem solving
- You will be responsible for sustainment and improvement of existing transactional lean lines within the AMRT organization
- Lead monthly problem solving and quarterly sprints to improve standard work and engineering processes within the AMRT organization
- Partner with AMRT lean leader to drive Kaizen events to further expand adoption of lean with the organization
- Willingness to attend formal lean training and train others in the organization in the application of lean
- Coordinate with repair engineering leadership team to establish metrics and KPIs for all levels of organization.
- Through partnership with Repair Lifecycle Engineering leader establish new standard work and daily management for lifecycle organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree of Science in Engineering from an accredited college or university
- 3-5 years experience in Hot Gas path or combustion repair
- Willingness and ability to travel both domestic and international up to 10% to support global teams.

- Previous experience directly supporting a lean line either in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
