We're looking for a dynamic Partner Marketing Manager to join our team at GE Vernova! In this role, you'll be at the heart of driving demand generation and building meaningful partnerships that make a real impact. What You Will Do

Partner Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation

  • Partner Marketing Strategy: Develop the global partner marketing strategy, working with the Global Head of Partner Ecosystem and Alliances.
  • Co-marketing program management: Oversee the planning and execution of partnership programs and co-marketing campaigns to create awareness and drive demand generation, achieving business objectives. Work with regional marketing leaders to plan and execute account-focused activities for strategic accounts. Manage MDF plans and budgets with monthly metrics reporting.
  • Marketplace Management: Manage partner marketplace (AWS and Microsoft) with monthly metrics reporting.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, web content, case studies, and other content that supports partner marketing activities.
  • Event planning and execution: Manage partner participation and sponsorship of major GE Vernova Grid Software events. Track leads generated from these and other industry events/webinars to drive appropriate action. Develop and manage sponsorship offerings, bookings, and logistics including prospectus creation, communications, deliverables tracking, booth placement, presentation slots, trainings, and meeting room scheduling. Support Marketing Operations with collections.

Project Management

  • Own end-to-end project management of partner campaigns, from planning through execution and reporting.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure flawless execution.
  • Coordinate across marketing operations, creative, product marketing, and partner teams to keep projects on track.

Sales & Partner Alignment

  • Collaborate with partner sales managers to align on joint business plans.
  • Provide sales enablement toolkits, playbooks, and campaign assets that empower account teams.
  • Track partner campaign leads, conversions, and pipeline impact in Salesforce and reporting tools.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Define KPIs for all partner marketing programs and report results against pipeline goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize activities
  • Share program performance and best practices across GE Vernova’s marketing and partner ecosystem.

What We Are Looking For

  • Requirements:
    • 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation and partner/channel marketing in enterprise software companies.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management skills; ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated experience executing integrated campaigns (digital, ABM, events) that generate measurable pipeline.
    • Skilled in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Tableau).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and matrixed teams.
    • Dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset
    • Highly collaborative, able to work across functional teams

  • Preferred:
    • Energy, utilities experience
    • Familiar with building and executing marketing strategies with hyperscalers, GSIs and ISVs
    • Previous Partner Sales or Sales Enablement a plus

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $109,600.00 and $164,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: ineligible.
