We're looking for a CNC programmer who can translate engineering specs into reliable, repeatable production processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university, or a high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of manufacturing or operations experience Minimum of 1 year of hands-on CNC Programming experience Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Must be able to work 100% onsite in Bangor, Maine Preferred: Strong oral and written communication skills, with high attention to detail Experience with Lean manufacturing principles Experience with NC Programming/CAM software Basic project management skills A formal education and Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering is nice to have, but we're most interested in your total experience and professional achievements — your CNC programming background is what matters most here.
