This is a tremendous entry-level opportunity for a recent college graduate!

There is some flexibility with work from home however this person must be willing to work onsite 2-3 days per week, likely Tue - Thur.

Role Summary/Purpose

The Product Operations Specialist provides product & pricing support to each Product Manager & Pricing Specialist. This position is responsible for streamlining the operations of the team, managing our corporate and product listing system & will play a key role in product transitions and pricing roadmaps. This position will work cross functionally with both the technical and commercial business teams.

Essential Responsibilities

• Analyze the effectiveness of promotional opportunities
• Aid in developing calculated effect models for margin analysis
• Assess commercial risk and ensure legal compliance
• Lead process improvement initiatives to drive productivity and improve accuracy
• Analyze and develop streamlined operational rhythm & cross functional engagement across the product life cycle
• Manage and review submissions for new product listings
• Partner with Technology to manage the corporate licensing approval process
• Support and drive product transitions across the business
• Aid team with pricing roadmaps and competitive price analysis
• Track product listings through all phases of development including product details, packaging graphics, technical specifications and pricing

• 0-2 years of prior experience in a business-related field
• Bachelor’s degree in business related area of expertise
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of self-motivation and initiative
• Demonstrated capabilities in influencing, facilitation and change management
• Outstanding organizational and analytical skills are crucial to success
• Strong Excel and database navigation knowledge required
