o Robot Wrangler is an integral part of the Materials Operations team and the Materials Engineering team. The Senior Material Representative will support material handling automation initiatives. This includes learning basic robotics, assisting with implementation, day-to-day support, opportunity identification and expansion.

Senior Materials Representative -AGV Technician (2nd Shift)

How You'll Create Possibilities
Prepare and organize area for robot implementation
Work with leadership and associates in affected areas for effective change management.
Assist in identification of improvements for current robots and future robots
Problem solve any issues that may arise and document solutions
Attend to the robots
Communicate effectively to key stakeholders’ issues that arise resulting in disruptions due to the robot
Maintain lessons learned documentation
Verify preventative maintenance activities are being conducted
Update path segments as facility changes degrade navigation confidence
Work directly with plant operations to perform training, communicate changes, and collect feedback as needed regarding robots in active use Study the different types of robots and understand how they function
Work with counterparts at other facilities to establish best practices
Learn and apply robot programming skills.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Position Requirements:

Associate’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
Ability to communicate effectively, take initiative & be organized
Schedule flexibility as duties and hours may change based on the needs of the business
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.), writing Work Orders and Purchase Requests
License and ability to operate forklift
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or 10+ years of materials operation experience
Working experience in material flow and robotics
Knowledge of systems
Seegrid/Milvus software
Material handling
Excel
Basic programming concepts
Ability to be a robotic specialist
Attention to detail with analytical and organizational skills
