- Develop specialized knowledge in multiple engineering disciplines. Serve as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contribute towards strategy and policy development, and ensuring delivery within area of responsibility
- Has in-depth knowledge of best practices; has working knowledge of competitive processes and the factors that differentiate them

- Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university Minimum of 5 years of complex manufacturing environment experience
