Job Description Summary

GE Aerospace is developing next-generation software to modernize airspace and instrument flight procedure design through AI-enabled workflow automation. This role will lead product definition and development for an agentic airspace design solution focused on end-to-end flight path design, review, and maintenance. • Experience with AI-enabled software products, copilots, decision-support tools, or agentic workflow automation, and familiarity with end-to-end workflow digitization in engineering, operations, or other expert-driven domains.
  • Strong product management discipline, including roadmap development, feature prioritization, release planning, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, make sound judgments under ambiguity, and provide clear recommendations supported by evidence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across engineering, domain, customer, regulatory, and leadership teams.
