Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Test and troubleshoot electronic components and systems
- Gather and analyze data to support engineering and production activities
- Read and interpret electronic schematics to diagnose and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of tests, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards in all tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress and issues.
- Prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and production schedules.
- Lift and move equipment and components weighing up to 20 lbs as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and ensure seamless integration of electronic systems
- Recommends and/or proposes process improvements
- Understands and complies with all Company, safety rules and regulations
Education Required
- Currently enrolled in an accredited electronics or engineering program.
- Previous experience or coursework related to electronics and troubleshooting
- Experience utilizing electronic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzer, power supplies etc
- Basic to Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to troubleshoot to component level
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Lean manufacturing knowledge
- Understanding of IPC-A-610 standards
