- See, surface and help solve material coverage issues impacting Defense & Systems programs.
- Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs and optimize inventory and process improvements.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Understands manufacturing processes and how to problem solve in those environments
- Use judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Will lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
- Explain information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Convey performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing, material planning or related supply chain experience) a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing, material planning or related supply chain experience
