The Director of Supply Chain Planning Transformation will be responsible for designing and continuously evolving a resilient, customer-centric supply chain planning technology strategy, including system modernization and advanced planning platforms.
This role requires strong analytical capability, technical fluency, deep experience with planning systems, global cross functional influence, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for executive leadership. Ideal candidates bring planning expertise in SIOP/S&OP, Demand, Capacity & Supply planning processes and a passion for building the future of planning tools and processes.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Planning Architecture & Strategy
- Design and continuously evolve a resilient, customer‑centric supply chain architecture aligned across SIOP, sourcing tiers, manufacturing capability and capacity, logistics, and inventory.
- Define data standards, system requirements, and KPIs to enable a robust, data-driven SIOP process.
- Drive transformation and change management to ensure adoption of new systems and ways of working
- Coach and develop cross‑functional team members across global operations and supply chain teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Partner with IT and Analytics teams to implement end‑to‑end supply chain planning solutions including scenario modeling, network design, and digital‑twin technologies to support informed decision‑making.
- Ensure seamless data flow between ERP and supporting planning systems. This role will require a deep review of current data integrity and architecture to develop and implement advanced planning solutions.
- Identify and implement ways to leverage AI, Robotic Process Automation and other new technologies to automate and improve planning productivity.
- Advanced data visualization experience and ability to work with large data sets across a variety of analytical tools, to provide insightful visualizations to facilitate decision making.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- A minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with proven success leading enterprise-wide planning transformations designing and scaling planning processes and systems with global, multi‑tier supply chains
- 10 years in Supply Chain Planning experience, with proven success leading enterprise-wide planning transformations designing and scaling planning processes and systems with global, multi‑tier supply chains.
- Experience with modern planning systems and platforms (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc)
- Experience in data visualization platforms (Ex. Power BI, Tableau), to develop dashboards and analytics to manage and drive data integrity.
- High attention to detail, data‑driven decision making, and strong problem‑solving and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and levels.
