This role requires the ability to operate independently at both the strategic and technical levels, including performing hands-on engineering work to validate approaches, reduce risk, accelerate decision-making, and conveying proof-of-value benefits to leadership. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Serve as a technical advisor to senior leadership on aligning technology strategy with organizational objectives. Develop and implement scalable and secure enterprise architecture frameworks. Evaluate, recommend, and pilot innovative technical solutions. Ensure seamless systems integration, data security, and regulatory compliance. Manage technical debt and lead modernization efforts. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable and cost-effective solutions. Mentor technical teams and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 10 years of experience in enterprise IT systems administration. Expertise in technology architecture, strategy, and integration. Strong grasp of enterprise architecture frameworks, compliance standards, and security. Proven ability to lead teams, manage technical debt, and drive innovative solutions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
