MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT ● Assist in the restoration of files, profiles, and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, and Commvault ● Willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores. ● Assist customers with file management, profile standards, and e-mail organization ● Profile and permission structure knowledge ● Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment ● Develops, manages and tests backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability. ● Develops and maintains disaster recovery plans for critical systems and services. ● Participates in disaster recover drills and business continuity planning. ● Maintains detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes. ● Creates reports on system performance, security incidents, and other key metrics. ● Coordinates with other IT teams to ensure coordinated delivery of IT services. ● Provides recommendations for system improvements based on analysis and industry best practices. The Restore System Administrator must have: ● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree ● Experience: 5 years of related experience ● Technical skills: Critical thinker, Quick Learner, Detail Oriented, and Organizational skills. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
