Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and replace light bulbs, fixtures, ballasts and LED lighting in common areas, parking lots, and exterior spaces.
- Perform general repairs to walls ceilings, doors, locks, handrails, benches, and other mall property.
- Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques.
- A strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Safety Oriented
- Must be able to climb ladders, bending, lifting and working in varying weather conditions may be required.
