What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor & Custodian position at GDI?

Schedule:
Monday - Friday (9a - 3p)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Clean and maintain a commercial office building, restrooms, and breakrooms.
- Dust surfaces and remove trash.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Requirements:
- Experience with cleaning commercial buildings are a plus but not required.
- Must have the ability to work with other crew members.
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Steel-toed shoes required when applicable.
- Ability to work in hot conditions.
