What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at GDI?

Schedule:
Monday - Friday (8am - 4:30pm)
Responsibilities:
- Routine upkeep of parking lot and areas surrounding the buildings
- Garbage/Trash disposal
- Pressure washing and sweeping walkways and parking lot
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions-Rain or Shine/Hot and Cold
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work alone
- Safety Oriented
