What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at GDI?

Schedule:
Monday - Friday (8am - 4:30pm)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Routine upkeep of the parking lot and areas surrounding the buildings.
- Garbage/trash disposal.
- Pressure washing and sweeping walkways and the parking lot.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions, rain or shine, and in hot or cold temperatures.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently.
- Safety-oriented.
