What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Tech position at GDI?
IH Services, Inc., the leading provider of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a floor maintenance tech in Melbourne, Florida.
One year experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

If you have experience with waxing or buffing, please apply.
Job Duties include:
- Stripping, waxing and buffing floors
- General carpet cleaning and extraction
- Other cleaning duties as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to work with other crew members
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
