Essential Duties:
- Setup new account numbers, create account documents, issue/share all documents with appropriate Operation Teams and Engineering
- Track and publish billing change information
- Prepare all customer versions of addendums and track disposition. Notify Engineers, in a timely fashion, to process signed addendums
- Maintain Account Document Changes
- Create new accounts in Payroll System
- Execute closed account procedures for notification of appropriate departments
- Process various Operations Forms. Requirements vary based on form submitted
- Update contract documents
- Maintain all documents shared with Operations which may include Staffing Sheets, Contracts, SOW, etc
- Monitor Team mailbox for issues/requests and notify appropriate Engineer
- Maintain/update various Engineering reports
- Assist in design of various Operational reports
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 3 years previous administrative experience.
- Microsoft Office-EXPERT skill level required with Power Point, Excel, Word, and Adobe documents.
- Ability to design presentations that are creative and focused on specific agenda or criteria.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
- Professional, confident, and patient personality
- Detailed and time oriented. Organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and independently
- Maintain positive attitude when direction or priority changes
