What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Porter position at GDI?

We are seeking a detailed-oriented and hardworking Day Porter to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in our facility located in Seattle, WA.
Schedule Hours:
Full Time (Monday-Friday)
General Cleaners Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
- Clean and restock restrooms.
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting
- Clean break areas (wipe down table, chairs, counters, stair)
- Clean Offices
- Empty trash
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Must have the ability to work with other crew members
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Steel toed shoes required when applicable
- Ability to work in hot conditions
