What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner -Union position at GDI?

We are seeking a detailed-oriented and hardworking General Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in our facility located in Quincy, MA.
5:00pm-9:00pm (Monday-Friday)
Job Duties:
- General Cleaner
- Clean and restock restrooms.
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting
- Clean break areas (wipe down table, chairs, counters, stair)
- Clean Offices
- Empty trash
- Other cleaning duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience with cleaning commercial buildings a plus but not required.
- Must have the ability to work with other crew members.
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Steel toed shoes required when applicable.
- Ability to work in hot conditions.
