We are seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Site leader to support daily operations at our food production/distribution facility.
Schedule Hours:
Monday-Friday (2:00pm-10:00pm)

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Leader with daily site operations and workflow management.
- Supervise and support production, warehouse or kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Monitor productivity, quality control, and operation efficiency
- Help train, coach and motivate employees
- Assist with scheduling shifts and staffing coverage
- Promote workplace safety and teamwork
- Other assignments to support operations.
Qualifications
- 2 years proven leadership and management success.
- Previous experience as a manager in a janitorial or housekeeping services role is highly desired but not required.
- The ability to perform at the highest level with minimum supervision.
- Ability to communicate with all levels.
- Exceptional decision making, problem solving and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with basic computer systems and reporting issues.
