What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Janitor position at GDI Services Inc US?

Summary:
Lead, train, and direct the janitorial staff on site to ensure that all employees are kept safe, and the customer’s quality expectations are met or exceeded. You will also be responsible for participating in daily cleaning tasks.
Working Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM Available weekends as needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and train the work of the janitorial staff in the building.
- Cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, dusting and trash removal.
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
Requirements:
- Experience with cleaning commercial buildings a plus, but not required
- Must have the ability to work with other crew members
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Steel toed shoes required when applicable
- Ability to work in hot conditions
- A Minium of 1-year Janitorial supervision
