Organize office operations and procedures, control correspondence, design and manage filing systems, review and approve supply requisitions and assign and monitor clerical functions. Support executive and management team as necessary.

Summary

Essential Duties
- Quality assurance i.e. input data for QA report, quality checks of files, etc.
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
- Clerical support β email, scan, fax, filing
- Filing supply orders for managers
- Maintaining and balancing office budgets
- Maintain inventory
- HR Support as needed
- Manage job postings in UKG Ulti-Pro as needed
- Manage and maintain Office inventory & supplies
- Executive support as needed
- Distribute building support materials as necessary
- Maintain office equipment. Schedule service, as necessary.
- Monitor office alarm reports, if applicable
- Coordinate and assist warehouse deliveries, if applicable
- Coordinate repair issues with Property Manager, if applicable

- 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- UKG experience a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to multi-task
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
