Job Duties
- Supervise, train, and mentor technicians in both painting and cleaning tasks.
- Ensure all staff follow company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Motivate and resolve conflicts within the team
- Plan and manage work schedules to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate between painting and cleaning crews to ensure seamless workflow.
- Adjust schedules based on project demands and resource availability
- Inspect and approve all painting and cleaning work to meet specifications.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Document work progress, issues, and corrective actions for management review
- Understanding of paint systems, stripping methods, and surface preparation techniques.
- Ability to use hand tools, power strippers, sanders, and chemical applicators.
- Precision in cleaning to avoid damaging underlying surfaces.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and operate equipment safely.
- Collaborate with other technicians, supervisors, and clients to ensure project success.
