Salary
$58,000 - $64,000 per year DOE

Salary
$58,000 - $64,000 per year DOE
Essential Duties
- Manage pre-employment and onboarding process.
- Assist with new-hire, terminations, and day-to-day maintenance processing in UKG.
- Maintain employee paper and medical files.
- Employee relations & inquiries (timekeeping, payroll, benefits, disciplinary action.)
- FMLA processing and tracking.
- Assist with investigations.
- Coach supervisors and managers in handling employee issues and complaints.
- Submit employee changes to payroll.
- Conduct audits as directed.
- Unemployment case management, including representing the company at unemployment hearings (in-person, video or phone).
- Prepare Warning letters
- Maintain Customer Requirements list
- Manage returned employee mail.
- Conduct Trainings
- Employee appreciation letters
- Assist with employee transfers.
- Review HR invoices for accuracy and code for AP
- WOTC processing
- Assist the recruiting department, as necessary.
- Process short term disability according to state requirements
- Track accrued sick time per state requirements

- 2-3 years related HR Experience
- Base knowledge of all state and federal HR laws.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to multi-task
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to show judgment and to work independently.
- High integrity and discretion required.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of effective hiring practices
- Must be able to effectively work in a fast paced, team environment with constantly changing priorities.
