Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle application solutions tailored to manufacturing processes.
- Implement Oracle applications to optimize shipping, receiving, inventory, and order processing functions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and deploy customizations, extensions, and reports for Oracle systems.
- Provide comprehensive end-user training and ongoing support to maximize system utilization and user competence.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between business needs and Oracle capabilities, recommending effective solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications for system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and post-implementation support activities ensuring timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, providing expert guidance on Oracle best practices.
- Stay current with the latest Oracle product updates, releases, and features to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead efforts to ensure post-go-live system sustainment, supporting continuous process enhancements and staff training.
- Proven experience implementing Oracle solutions in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
