Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and debugging of complex software solutions, ensuring they meet organizational standards and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, technical specifications, and deliverables.
- Document software architectures, systems, and processes to support ongoing maintenance and improvement efforts.
- Partner with business teams to implement AI capabilities responsibly and creatively across enterprise, operational, and product workflows.
- Incorporate generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development to solve real-world business problems.
- Build or integrate AI-backed features into production systems, responsibly experimenting with emerging tools, platforms, and frameworks.
- Stay current with advances in AI technology, continuously learning and applying new methodologies to improve solutions.
- Maintain, enhance, and support existing applications to ensure alignment with business objectives and IT standards.
- Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset through ongoing professional development.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to team success and innovation.
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years of IT experience, or an Associate’s degree with at least 8 years of IT experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field with at least 5 years of IT experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational and communication skills with a strong commitment to safety.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Expert-level programming skills in relevant languages, frameworks, and technologies.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern methodologies.
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable software systems.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in database querying and design.
- Preferred experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), AI technologies (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub, Figma), and Azure DevOps.
- Experience leading AI-enabled projects with a focus on responsible innovation and ethical practices.
- Availability for hybrid work schedule, combining in-office and remote work.

Salary : $57 - $60
